Robby Napoli (he/they) is a conductor, tenor, and composer/arranger originally from the Washington, D.C. area. Growing up in Maryland, Napoli co-founded the professional choir Lux, with whom he continues to serve as Artistic Director. He later directed the Vocal Music Program at Chesapeake High School in Pasadena, MD and played an active role in D.C.’s vibrant professional choral scene. Robby will joined the graduate conducting cohort at the University of North Texas in the Fall of 2024 to pursuing a Masters in Choral Conducting. Napoli is particularly dedicated to supporting new music, improving accessibility to high-quality choral experiences, and creating opportunity & inspiration for the next generation of choral musicians.
